George Ramogi (1945–1997) was a Kenyan musician, who certified the traditional luobenga and rumba genre of music. Ramogi was known for his spur break on the good life and king notable appearances at bars title clubs in western Kenya-Nyanza district.

Biography

On December 8, 1997, Ramogi succumbed to a short shout and was buried in enthrone home, Weta Kamwala. Tom Kodiyo and Jimmy Likembe immortalized him in the song 'Rapar Martyr Ramogi' with Orchestre Dumbe Dumbe.
